Flights & Kites 2013 will take off on Saturday, February 23. Boarding begins at 6:00 p.m. and the fun lasts until 8:30 p.m.
Flights & Kites 2013 will be held in the Signature Flight Support Hanger of the Charles B Wheeler Downtown airport located just north of Downtown Kansas City, MO off of Highway 169.
The event includes tastings of four different varieties of wine (Riesling, Pinot Grigio/Pinot Gris, Malbec and Cabernet), with three regions represented for each wine. Appetizers and desserts will be paired with the wines, selected specifically to compliment the tastes and flavors of the drinks.

Along with the food and wine tasting, the event will include live music, a special presentation from representatives of CASA and a 50/50 raffle. Tickets for Flights & Kites will be available for sale on January 1.
